Participating Countries

The following countries participate in the Lifelong Learning Programme :

European Union Member States - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, United Kingdom

EFTA/EEA countries - Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, Turkey (Croatia and Macedonia may participate in the future)

The Jean Monnet Programme is open to all countries participating in the Lifelong Learning programme as well as to higher education institutions in any other third country.
