  This document updates the 2008 Call with the strategic priorities for 2009.
• The Lifelong Learning Programme Guide is an invaluable reference tool that complements the annual Call for Proposals. The Guide provides practical information on the various stages of the application and selection process. The LLP Guide comes in three sections:
• Part 1: General Provisions
• Part 2: Sub-Programmes and Actions
• Summary Fiches for each Action
• Council Decision
  Provides detail of the legislative principles which underpin the Lifelong Learning Programme.
